Today is a day for the ages, I received my very first rejection letter! Thanks to all who've been there for me through it all.

If it's any consolation, I received rejection #284 yesterday.
Misery likes company, go figure.
Who needs consoling? I'm THRILLED. Now, even if I stop here (which I won't), I can at least upgrade my status from "hobby writer" to "failed writer". What a fabulous day!
However, when the day comes that I receive my 284th rejection, I'll need consoling that day. So in that spirit, my consolations.
On the plus side, you got an acceptance last week, did you not? Meant to say, "Congratulations for that!" So...I just did.

I just noticed that clicking on your name leads to a LiveJournal of your journal. Thank god. Those two extra mouse clicks were really becoming a pain in the ass.
